Request for Bids for Supply of SENSE Supplementary Readers Sets for Primary 1, 2 and 3

Strengthening Education in Northeast Nigeria (SENSE) Activity is a USAID funded activity implemented by the American University of Nigeria. One of its goals is to provide early grade reading materials that will support reading instruction and improve reading outcome. It is in this regard that SENSE would like to invite eligible firms to submit a proposal for the printing of Ina Son Karatu: Labarai Domin Masu Koyon Karatu.

Interested bidders are kindly invited to submit a technical and financial Bid for Supply of SENSE Supplementary Readers Sets for Primary 1, 2 and 3.

Method of submission: Sealed bid must be accompanied with the title “Ina Son Karatu” and addressed to the office Manager, Atiku Institute for Development (AID), American University of Nigeria Yola. Contact: 08023242966 

Bid responses must be received on or before the close of business February 25th 2021, Bid shall be firm for 30 days after the opening of proposals. Companies submitting bids must adhere strictly to the specifications provided as any modification would amount to a rejection of an offer. 

• 5% WHT is mandatory and deductible by AUN from a supplier and remitted to tax authorities.
• The cost incurred by respondents for the preparation of a proposal and the negotiation of contract
  are not reimbursable.
• The project is not bound to accept any of the proposal submitted.
• The project reserves the right to accept any offers of a proposal without further discussion.
• The project will only evaluate proposals from licensed, qualified firms to implement and complete the work under the project.
