Donations Flow to Feed and Read Program

On March 27, the Rotary Club of AUN in collaboration with the Projects department donated books and pens to enhance the education of 30 out-of-school boys following the recent launch of the 2019 session of the Feed and Read program.

Karin Rheeder, the Club’s President and Senior Director of Projects, said the two bodies teamed up to make the donations more tangible. “The inspiration came through the donation made by the NFS students’ fellowship. So we came together and decided to contribute to the Feed and Read at least four times a year.”

She said that contributing to the Feed and Read program came naturally since the Projects team has been working hand-in-hand with the Atiku Center since 2018.”
